Return policy
You have the right to return one or more purchased products within 30 days from the date of receipt. To be eligible for a return, the products must be in the same condition as received, unused, and in their original packaging.
Return procedure

Shipping costs
The shipping costs for the return of goods are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part (for example, faulty product or the wrong).
Refund
Once we receive the returned product and verify that it meets the listed requirements, we will process the refund. The refund will be issued using the same payment method as the original purchase unless otherwise agreed. It may take a few business days for the refund to appear in your account.

THE GUARANTEES ON THE PRODOTTIVENDUTI BY TECH-AWAY SRL AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
The scheme of warranty on the products sold by Tech-Away Srl differs depending on whether the buyer is a "consumer" or a "professional", according to the definitions given in Directive 1999/44/EC. If the customer purchases a "consumer", benefits from the legal guarantee of conformity to which the seller is obliged by law on all good sold ("Legal Guarantee"), in accordance with the regulations dictated by the Consumer's Code (D. Lgs n. 206/2005); where the customer purchases as “professional”, enjoy warranty by the rules established by the civil code.
The Legal Warranty, which is held Tech-Away Srl which the seller guarantees the good from defects in accordance with the contract of sale. According to the law, in the case of applicability of the Legal Guarantee, shall be entitled to recover without the expense of conformity of the goods by repair or replacement, or, if this is not possible, a reduction of the purchase price or to the termination of the contract. Tech-Away Srl then responds to defects of conformity where the same occur within the term of two years (12 months if refurbished or used, and 3 months for battery, battery charger and cable) from the date of delivery of the goods. Will still have the burden to report the lack of conformity within two months from its discovery. In case you found a defect of conformity on goods purchased from Tech-Away Srl, in the course of the period of validity of the Legal Warranty, please contact without hesitation, our customer service and activate it in the link below. Where, however, the defect is found beyond the date of the terms of the legal warranty, please contact us for assistance in payment, we will be happy to help you in the shortest possible time. Tech-Away Srl is very careful to respect the regulations in force and it is for this reason that, within the limits imposed by the Italian law, disclaims any liability in the event that the delivered product does not comply with the legislation of the country of delivery, where this is different from Italy. Except in the case of wilful misconduct or gross negligence, we are only liable for any direct, and foreseeable at the time of conclusion of the contract of sale as provided by article 1225 c.c. We will not be in any case liable for any loss suffered, loss of profit or any other damage that is not immediate and direct consequence of our breach or that was not foreseeable at the time of conclusion of the contract of sale.Tech-Away Srl it is not in any way responsible for the fulfillment of the obligation of third parties that may offer commercial warranties in relation to the products for sale on the site.
WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE LEGAL WARRANTY
If, during the period of twenty-four months (twelve if the product is reconditioned or used) after the date of purchase, a defect is detected in material and workmanship (and hardware) that causes the malfunction of the product, you can request the repair, replacement, or refund, in accordance with the cases provided for by the protocols, and the limits of the legal warranty defined by the corresponding O. E. M. and O. D. M. and by the applicable legislation, in accordance with what is expected by the D. Lgs. no. 206 of 2005. In order to the battery, as this component subject to wear and tear, the seller guarantees of any defects regarding it can be for a maximum period of three months starting from the delivery of the product. Also, if refurbished product the following message appears
"It is not possible to verify if this device is equipped with an original Apple battery. No information is available on the state of the battery. More information."it is because you replaced the Iphone battery reconditioned, with a compatible of good quality. The message will be displayed for only the first 15 days.
If, instead, does not appear on the above message, it is because the battery previously installed exceeds 85% of life, and therefore it was not necessary to replace it.
WHAT IS NOT COVERED BY THE LEGAL WARRANTY
- Defects or damage caused as a result of a repair by unauthorized third parties after the purchase.
- Defects or damage caused by the use of the Products in contrast with the recommendations and standards of OEM and ODM.
- Defects or damage caused by negligence, intentional misconduct or bad faith, agents external to the Products or accidental causes, such as, but not limited to, fire, electric shock, power surges, and phenomena of the weather or the weather.
- Defects or damage caused by the testing, handling, maintenance, installation, or improper adjustment or alteration of, or unauthorized modification of any kind.
- Breakage or damage to antennas, unless due to defects in materials or workmanship, used during the reprocessing authorized.
- Defects or damage caused as a result of the dismantling or unauthorized repair of the Applicable Products that affect performance or prevent the inspections and tests corresponding to verify a claim.
- Defects or damage affecting the coverage, the signal, availability, grade of service or the operation of the network when they are caused by the service provider.
- Defects or damage due to humidity, liquids or residues from food.
- Cosmetic damage: damages and scratches on the plastic surfaces and other external parts exposed due to normal use by the consumer that do not impede the proper operation of the phone regenerated Enjoy.
- Periodic maintenance and repair or replacement of parts due to normal wear and tear or installation of the applicable products and related accessories and batteries.
- Malfunction caused by computer viruses.
- The loss or theft of the applicable products.
- Any extraordinary use of the phone which does not take into account the functionality of the same, and the criteria set out in the manual, published on the manufacturer's website.
In addition, the statutory warranty does not cover any of the following cases:
- Any claim will be rejected if the IMEI or serial numbers of the Products have been deleted, illegible or altered in any other way or do not correspond to the registers of the factory.
- Problems or damage caused by any of the equipment accessory not provided by Tech-Away Srl as part of the package or not produced by O. E. M.
- The interoperability of any product found to be applicable to a specific system or platform of any kind, and any failure resulting from a wrong configuration or re-configuration of the telephone rebuilt, or by an application.
- Any notice that appears on the phone regenerated, which suggests that the cable or the charger is not compatible to following a subsequent software update.
- Damage caused by any kind of software, except to original OEM
- In case of tampering or breakage of the seal affixed by Tech-Away Srl in the device, to verify the possible tampering of unauthorised technicians.
Are excluded from the legal guarantee all malfunctions that are caused by the c.d. planned obsolescence, which is a strategy of the parent companies, to define the life cycle of a product so as to limit the duration to a fixed period. In fact, despite the refurbishment process, Tech-Away Srl restores life to the devices used or new non-functional, offering for sale a product that is “like new”, said the proceedings relate to the components of the hardware in the product, and not, instead, the software it installed, never modified by Tech-Away Srl and exclusive jurisdiction of the Mother House. Operational defects due to the c.d. planned obsolescence, in fact, where the fault of the system software installed in the phone, can in no way be accused of, and for the purposes of civil liability, a Tech-Away Srl that, for the effect, as of now disclaims all liability in this regard.
HOW TO ACTIVATE THE WARRANTY?
To activate the warranty you must report it to Tech-Away Srl in the ways that are described below:

Once you have completed the form, activate your warranty, we will send you an e-mail with the number of the returned to her assigned and the mode of preparation of the same. After that you will be contacted for the taking in charge of the product by a courier.
Before delivering the product to the courier memories:
remove the sim card and external memory cards, from the phone/device;
delete all the data saved in the product, restoring factory data;
store the product in a cardboard box (not transparent) to avoid theft and/or tampering.
Disable the "Find my Iphone".
In the event of failure to restore phone data, it will not be possible for the service center to proceed with the analysis of the device and the discovery of the defect. In this case, you will be contacted to proceed to the recovery of data from remote, in the absence of which the product will be returned in the same condition in which it was received, and charge the freight cost.
The product must be packed in a carton (not transparent) to avoid theft and/or tampering.
Products covered under the warranty will be reviewed by our authorized service according to the protocols, and the limits of the legal warranty defined by the corresponding O. E. M. and O. D. M. and by the applicable legislation, which will examine if the defect falls within the warranty. In this case, we will proceed with the repair of the product, or the replacement with a product of the same quality or higher or with the refund of the price paid.
In the event that the defect is not covered by the warranty, our authorized service will provide a quote that includes the cost of the repair costs and shipping. If the customer confirms you want to proceed with the repair, the service center will repair and return of the repaired product, subject to the payment of the amount budgeted by bank transfer. In the case of non-acceptance, you will proceed to the return of the product subject to the payment of transport costs.
For all matters not expressly provided for in this manual, Tech-Away Srl shall comply, in each case to the provisions set out in the consumer code - legislative decree, 06/09/2005 n° 206, G. U. 08/10/2005.
